You may find yourself wanting to make a batch of vegan chocolate cupcake that has irresistible frosting.

Duncan Hines devil food cake mix and frosting can be easily made into a vegan cake or cupcakes.

Duncan Hines devils food cake

Duncan Hines Chocolate frosting

Fever Tree Ginger Beer

Hersey Baking Cocoa Powder

Country Crock Plant Butter

Hellmann's Vegan Mayonnaise

Peanut Butter

Almond Milk

Oreo Cookies

Cupcake Liners

Preheat 350f

Cupcakes recipe /directions

1 box Duncan Hines devils food cake

2 bottles Fever Tree Ginger Beer

1/4 c Hersey Baking Cocoa

Blend just until smooth using a medium-large cookie scoop fill 3/4 high.

Using a cupcake pan and cupcakes liners. Bake for 28 minutes

Let cool 30-60 minutes before frosting


1 can Duncan Hines chocolate frosting

1/4 c Hersey Baking Cocoa

3/4 c Country Crock Plant Butter

(Room Temperature)

1/4 c Hellmann's Vegan Mayonnaise

1/4 c Peanut Butter

2 Tbs Almond Milk

Blend until smooth

Frost cupcakes and top with a 1/2 Oreo Cookie on each cupcake.

Other toppings~ mini snickers bar, mini M&M’s and Peanut butter cups....

Canna Cupcake Frosting

Substitute - use 1/4 cup plant based canna butter and 1/2 cup plant butter

instead of 3/4 cup vegan butter.
